Oil on canvas (33 cm / 41.5 cm) signed lower left and titled on the back.
On the frame, "Ballet. Kiss of the Fairy" with a stamp gallery.
On a label on the back: Dancers at rest. the kiss of the fairy. Opera Ballet.
Finally another inscription on the frame reads: Intermission Kiss of the Fairy. (Ballet) dancers Group.
Ch.E. Jodelet, painter and illustrator is considered a disciple and follower of Degas in Paris in the 1930s. It is true that the grace and lightness of the dancers of the Opera is one of his favorite themes.
